What is the most important SEO tool you implemented?

The big buzz these days is Search Engine Optimization(SEO). With everything gearing towards the internet with real estate these days, everyone is trying to get more web traffic. Without paying per click or anything like that, what is it that you are doing with your website that you feel is very important?

Jason - The two most important things are quality content with proper Real Estate keywords and quality inbound links pointing toward your site.

I would say content, keywords, linking and meta tags (in your html) they have all worked for me. You must consistently work on your site to keep a good rank though it isn't a one time job.

I try to keep fresh information on the site.... blogging does its job in that department.
