When you decide to sell your house here in Amarillo, you must decide how bad you want to sell it?

If you are convinced by someone to list with a friend of a friend rather than doing your own research, you may just get what you paid for--a weak agent.

When you consider that the national average among real estate agents is 12 sales a year.  That is only one a month.  The real estate market changes day by day so wouldn't you agree that you need an agent that is involved in the market every day?

When you are hiring a Realtor, ask them how they intend to sell your house.  If they are relying on The Three P's, you have a weak agent!

The real estate market in Amarillo is strong right now and by hiring a strong agent,  as long as your house is priced right, your house will sell.  

Recently, I had a very nice listing that was priced right. When I went to their house to do the paperwork I asked them what their "have to" time frame was.  They said by the time school starts.  I asked what would happen if I brought a contract to them in the first 30 days. They looked at each other and shrugged, never believing it would happen. Twelve days later I brought them a contract!
