When is the Best Time To Start Looking For A Rental?

Most landlord wants to move renter into the house as soon as possible and the most they are willing to wait is about a month.

Therefore, the best time to start looking is about a month prior to your actual moving date. For example, if your current lease is due on April 30th, you might like to start your search around April 1st.
