The Pointe features a good variety of all-brick homes ranging from $160k-$250K.  Houses range in size from 1500 sq ft to over 3000 sq ft and lots range from 0.25 acres to 0.75 acres.  The oldest properties in the neighborhood are 10 years old and building lots are still available.

With over 200 homes, this is a fairly large subdivision for Shepherdsville.  However, the winding streets and multiple courts give it a small, comfortable feel.

The Pointe has underground utilities and street lights.  While there are no sidewalks, traffic is generally limited to residents and seeing people walk, ride, or play in the streets is common.
