During my brief tour, I was shown several features that are some perks of being an owner at Nolde Bakery Condos. For example, I saw a small but very nice fitness center along with a Pilates and yoga room. Also, I had the opportunity to see a private theater room that actually reminded me of a mini-theater where reservations can be made. Some of the other amenities include a resident lounge, business center, courtyard and barbecue grills.

Nolde Bakery Condos does have monthly association fees that are based on the current budget for the association and calculated by the size of the residence. Based on the three units that sold in the last 60 days, the monthly association fees ranged from a low of $138.80 up to a high of $182.00, and the fees cover numerous items.
For example, some of the items that the monthly fees include are: building hazard insurance, building liability insurance, landscape maintenance, professional management, elevator service, snow removal from entrances, and reserve funds for scheduled maintenance and repairs.

One of the satisfying aspects of my recent tour at Nolde Bakery Condos in Church Hill is how very pet friendly the premises is. I just happened to notice one of the residences walking her dog in the lobby. That made me think how Nathan, my rescue miniature poodle, would feel right at home there!
