In the month of April 2014 the median sold price in VIRGINIA BEACH, VA was $243,000 and is a 10.45% increase over last year at this time. The number of properties sold was 493 which is a 9.54% decrease over last year at this time.   Currently there are 2551 properties for sale which is a 11.35% increase as compared to last year at this time.  What does this mean to you?  Call or email me and I will answer that question!
