Hi Chris, I went to a Trump thing like this in West Palm. Have you been to it before?... sorry to say I wasn't really impressed. I hope you get another version. Is George really going to be there?? He seems a little higher up the ladder to host it. Everything is the Trump way... the branding seemed to go a little too far.. :)

I am not going. I have two tickets to give away if anyone wants them. In the last paragraph you'll notice I'm holding a similar event, myself. :)

As far as the Trump brand, I'm a little surprised at the venue. I guess all the high school gymnasiums were picked.

I got invited to go to the same seminar (well not the same exacly). The one I was invited to had Ivanca as the guest speaker. I did not go because I knew it would be a waste of time and would turn into a sales pitch.

But hey, the next time I am in Bonita Springs, I will take you up on the offer of lunch, a book, and the education.

I think your offer is a better one, and is held everyday. Most of these so call seminars are only one big AD as well an additional way to generate cash for the host.

Ok now its clear and I can say this. The one I went to sucked. One big pitch from some dork that kept saying that Trump was sorry he could't make it.. and they dont show you how to do anything. More like, if you could buy this for 70K and rent it for a + cash flow. Well, Palm Beach 70K has 30K in code violations and good luck with that. These tickets are not even worthy of using as a book mark. They close with 'it takes money to make money' type line.. NEXT!

Went to the Trump seminar in New Jersey 3/22/07.

First speaker is trying to sell a stock picking service. Really put on a hard sell. Didn;t go to a Trump seminar to hear about stock investments.

Had a guy by the name of Smith who spoke about real estate. Kind of a wacho. It didn't add up. He wanted $6,000 to learn his RE system. Anybody have any infor about this guy?

I received two such "VIP" tickets. wanted to give them away. the only offer I had was to pay the taker $149 for him to even consider going (and he couldn't promise he would listen to any of the speakers).
