This weeks report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz shows. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 8.3 percent, for new homes up 15.3 percent and for resale condos up 8.3 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 11.6 percent and down 5.5 percent on condos and up 32.3 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 5.7 percent and the sales volume is down 13.0 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 7.3 percent and the sales volume is down 7.2 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 13.6 percent and the sales volume is down 32.2 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are down 3.2 percent and the sales volume is down 38.3 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 5.1 percent and the sales volume down 7.1 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 11.1 percent and the sales volume is up 19.4 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 2.8 percent and the sales volume is down 28.3 percent.
Data Quick put out a report for 6 Southern California Counties have had seven straight months of year over year were down 6.6 percent. However, the market I believe has turned and we will be doing fine as we go forward.
