HOW I SEE IT MAY NOT BE HOW YOU SEE IT

I like to play with and activate in others a dynamic that I call point of view. It enables me to see the different perspectives at work. Realize that your own radar is picking up its surroundings but never think it is capturing all that is taking place. That's why visiting with others is so valuable

WE DON'T SEE ALL

You see the brain can only process so much so it limits itself to what is within your scope of awareness. Point of view allows us to use each others eyes and brains to appreciate seeing or hearing something another way. Sharing of it is called feedback, input or opinion

THERE IS NO OFF SWITCH

When you ask anyone a question in earnest, watch how cooperative they can be as people like to share and comment naturally about what they are sensing. Humans freely and at random will express themselves either with thought or by making a statement but everyone always has something to say when prodded. The brain never sleeps

TEAMS SEE MUCH

Teams do well in the perspective arena. The combined efforts of a group focused on a project or result can really impact and dissect the target or purpose assigned or activated. When several people take something on, it now comes into a multiple view and transparency. It is exposed for a purpose and then when examined by the public, delivers much bang for the buck

TELL US WHAT YOU THINK

Many new businesses in the start-up stage fine tune themselves after they launch relying on customers, consumers and their own experience to further enhance and smooth out the operations. Some firms will hire others to get this valuable feedback using polls and analysis.

BENEATH THE BONE

When I ask someone..."what do you think", I am expanding my action and beliefs to capture more of what is going on. Thoroughness comes to mind. Broadening ones experience allows the marrow of whatever your subject is to make itself more available. The marrow always pays off

BE OBJECTIVE

"I never looked at it that way" is often the response when we solicit and receive another point of view and share ours. It can be enlightening to remain open and access another experience for all concerned. The key to it all? Objectivity which allows us to receive without assessing

Richie I have seen many examples of how people see things differently; the important thing is to be ready to listen to the viewpoint of others.
