Frozen Ropes offers many different summer camps for children. This specific camp is advertised as “ Beat the Heat”. All training is conducted inside their air conditioned indoor facility. What I think is interesting is this camp is for both baseball and softball in the mornings and multi-sport in the afternoons. Frozen Ropes is mainly a baseball and softball training organization but they also dabble in other sports.
Skills are emphasized for baseball and softball as this is a camp is specifically designed for players looking to improve on base running, fielding, hitting and throwing. All of those items are important skills for both baseball and softball.( I know that is a John Madden comment)
Ages : Camp is for both boys and girls ages 6-12 years old.
Dates are 6/24-6/26/14 and 7/22-7/24/14
Times : 9 AM to 11:30 AM for half day camp and 9AM to 3 PM for full day camp.
Prices are $175 for full day ( members $150) ; $125 for half day camp (members $110) and single day is $65 ( $60 for members)
Space in all of their camps is limited. There is a huge demand for all major children’s sport camps in Katy. Go to their website for more information and registration. If you want your child to attend some type of sports camp I suggest you sign them up as soon as possible.
