Five Bedroom Homes, Upper Level, in Loudoun County Virginia, Very Rare.

The traditional home design in Loudoun County in the towns of Leesburg, Ashburn, Purcellville, Lovettsville, Hamilton, Round Hill and areas in between is a two level (above grade) Colonial style home with a basement.

When referring to a home as having five bedrooms, quite often it means 4 Bedrooms on the upper level and one in the finished basement.  Fortunately, our Multiple Listing System permits listing agents to enter the location of bedrooms.

INTERIOR Total Main Upper 1 Upper 2 Lower 1 Lower 2
Bedrooms:  5 0 4 0 1 0
Full Baths:  4 0 3 0 1 0
Half Baths:  1 1 0 0 0 0

As you can see from the breakdown of the room locations for a typical home in Leesburg, while this home will produce in a search for 5 bedrooms, only 4 of those bedrooms are on the upper level.
