Bonnie are you in Florida or Michigan? I think a lot of us would like to do this but it seems that those who do it dont share their secrets. How did you get into listing REOS? Also you can check out reotrans.com but havent been fast enough to nab a bpo yet.

I am going to work the Michigan market in REO's. I have had a listing and sold it from reotrans. I just got my Brokers in Florida Oct. 2007.
