"The Bubble",

Downtown Goshen, Indiana.

Jeremy Stutsman and his wife Maija, purchase a building in downtown Goshen, Indiana with the intentions of remodeling it to house his wife's fitness studio. After 17 months, she was able to open the "Live Out Loud Health and Fitness Studio. The building also has a physical therapist, a yoga studio, a spa, a masseuse, a nutritionist and a salon.

The building has been named, "The Bubble", because of the Bubble shaped windows on the outside of the building. It is located at the corners of Jefferson and Main Streets.

Jeremy has continued his journey, remodeling other buildings in downtown Goshen, giving it a new and exciting look. Recently, Jeremy gave a presentation to the Elkhart County Board of REALTORS®, showing how he and his relatives have transformed Goshen, bringing the masses back to downtown. His work is never done, as he has future projects in the works.

We are all looking forward to seeing Jeremy Stutsmn's progress,

as businesses are moving back to Main Street.

Hi Ed, your right and we are lucky to have him. He went to school to be a dentist and did this for his wife, but now he's developing the whole town. Instead of removing old decayed teeth, he's removing old decayed buildings.
