Avalon is experiencing a housing shortage with only 1.9 months of inventory (6 months is equilibrium)...a hot "Seller's Market."

Four homes sold in April and they averaged 55 days on the market.

Average sales price (currently $876,500) has increased significantly since February 2014.

Average sales price/sf (currently $189.10) has been trending up since December 2013.

The number of homes sold in April was 4, and it was the same amount as sold in the preceding month, March (4).
