I am always on the hunt for closing gift ideas and try to think outside the box to make me stand out and to be remembered after the movers have gone away. I have found some really great sites with some creative closing gifts and I wanted to share them with my Active Rain family.

Good post. I've worked with a lot of pet lovers that would really like an idea like this.

One of my favorite gifts for my pet families is a Bissel Little Green. I have one and end up using it at least once a week to remove the unfortunate kitty vomit from my carpet to keep it looking new.

Hello everyone,

speaking of closing gift ideas, I would like to share with you one of the greatest and still inexpensive personal gift idea which not only makes sense but also comes very handy for the new homeowner. I have seen Realtors present wine bottles, gift baskets, magazine subscriptions, framed pictures, Home Depot gift cards [those from lowe's too ;) ], but what these gifts have in common is that none of them creates a long lasting memory about the Realtor.
