Jim, My husband and I have been looking at land all aroung Northern Arizona. We were hoping to build our own Flagstaff home. Is there still financing available on owner/buiilder projects. I know its tough with todays banks lending money, but thought I would ask.

In-spite of what you read in the newspapers and hear on the TV there is funding for good projects. Credit rating plays a role and the sub-prime loans are gone but my lenders are still able to fund good projects. If you would like I can introduce you to lender for a preliminary evaluation. Land prices are still high in the Flagstaff area but there are some good buys this time of year.
