Noteworthy Stats This Month

These stats refer to single-family homes only...not townhomes, condos, lots, acreage, or leases.

  • New Territory is experiencing a housing shortage with only 1.2 months of inventory (6 months is equilibrium)…a hot “Seller’s Market.”

  • Homes are selling quickly at an average of only 16 days on the market.

  • Average sales price is currently $294,578 and has been trending down since February 2014.

  • Average sales price/sf is currently $107.80/sf.

  • The number of homes sold in April was 14, which was a 133% increase from the preceding month, March, when only 6 homes were sold.
