• Riverstone is experiencing a housing shortage with only 2 months of inventory (6 months is equilibrium)…a hot “Seller’s Market.”

• Homes are selling quickly at an average of only 39 days on the market.

• The average sales price for April was $496,721.

• The average sales price/sf is $125.30.

• The number of homes sold in April was 36, which has been trending up since January 2014.
