My #1 Key to Success is Exceptional & Personalized Customer Service
My goal is to create Customer Amazement. Amazement in that every detail is paid attention to, whether they think of it or not, listening intently to their wants and needs and fulfilling them, going above and beyond the call of service so much so that they become raving fans and refer their family and friends to me year after year after year. Life long relationships is what I've created over 25 years. There is nothing better than working with people that know, like, and trust each other implicitly and have fun together. Nothing
Way back in 1989 I met a lovely couple moving to AZ from CA at an open house. We hit it off right away and have been friends since that first day. They've bought and sold many homes over the years and now they needed help in a big way. He's got a serious debilitating illness and must live in a cool climate away from his wife and she's now in an assisted care home here in town. Their home was a mess after several years of neglect (as both of them were unable to do much). Their cash reserves have been tapped out due to the costs of her care this past year. I pulled in my team of service providers and each of them gave their ALL++ to assist us in getting the home in 'show ready' condition. It's been several months of continuing to move forward, despite many setbacks and keeping the goal in mind - get that home ready for sale and get it sold. Our motto was - let's give this lovely couple some peace of mind!
My husband and I spent the past weekend staging the home and attending to every last detail. Needless to say we were exhausted by Memorial Day...but it was so worth it! The home is ready to go on the market - today! Did we need to do all of that? No. Did the clients expect that? Not by a long LONG shot. Are we glad we did? YOU BET WE ARE! Because that's what we're about - Exceptional, Personalized Customer Service. We care about our clients and that has been our driving force. Granted this situation was way above and beyond... and then some, but we were happy to help them out when they needed us the most.
And guess what......you'll never believe what happened!!!! The lovely neighbors across the street from our clients have decided that they love the home so much they want to make it their own. They offered full price and are so excited about moving in as soon as possible. All the hard work has paid off in many ways....our clients can move forward, the new home owners will enjoy the home, and all of my 'team players' feel so good about making this happen for this very deserving couple. It's a win - win - win - win in every sense of the word. This is what success is all about to me - exceptional, personalized customer service.
