Franklin Tn HomeMarket conditions for Franklin Tn Homes May 2014 - Most people cannot imagine how much the market has changed in the last few months. We are now in a situation where more Franklin Tn homes are being listed, but the good ones are get multiple offers in one day, and they usually sell for list price or better. 316 homes are currently pending sale so the market for Franklin Tn homes is now moving at a rapid pace.

I had three clients make successful offers last week, and I told them all to be very aggressive with the first offer, and expect to be in a multiple offer situation. Maybe my delivery is getting better because they all listened, and as a result they have a home they love under contract.

Thanks Rob - the market is going through a hot spell right now, I espect it to cool off in a year or two. I hope it's the same in Bristol.

Good morning Larry. The market conditions have changed drastically. Just think what kind of market we would be having if there was plenty of inventory.

HI Micheal - I agree, and think about what we would have if the mortgage guidelines made sense. Do they really need my 3rd grade report card for a mortgage?
