We have been focusing on issues facing Flippers (the quick rehab variety) and we've recently started a contest for developing a "scope of work" (SOW) proposal on a flip candidate property. It's like going to a workshop, where we have six teams formed and each team's goal is to come up with a plan to rehab a property as though we were applying for a loan (with little or nothing down) to a private money lender.
April 5th Session is day number two on this effort and Chad Molde will be addressing the group on a specific property, providing his rational for what he is doing to the place, why, and whatever else he wants to discuss.
