We will meet at 900 Des Moines Street, as usual, and then quickly head out to the "field workshop" property, in Ankeny.  If you live in Ankeny, let me know and we might save you the trip to Des Moines.   I want folks to meet at the AAI offices because I'll have handouts ready for each team. 

The Two Rivers REIA offers presentations on a variety of topics of interest to RE investorsm, through education, networking and mentoring.

We have been focusing on issues facing Flippers (the quick rehab variety) and we've recently started a contest for developing a "scope of work" (SOW) proposal on a flip candidate property.  It's like going to a workshop, where we have six teams formed and each team's goal is to come up with a plan to rehab a property as though we were applying for a loan (with little or nothing down) to a private money lender.  

April 5th Session is day number two on this effort and Chad Molde will be addressing the group on a specific property, providing his rational for what he is doing to the place, why, and whatever else he wants to discuss.
