Many people consider this the best neighborhood in East Greenwich.  Queen’s Grant is a mature and exclusive neighborhood, nestled north of the East Greenwich High School and west of the Tanglewood neighborhood of East Greenwich. The homes are large traditional colonials and the community is quiet yet convenient to everything. This neighborhood is well kept and homes have been selling on average faster than the rest of Rhode Island. Residents enjoy wooded lots with underground utilities and sprinklers.  Sidewalks line homes with paved driveways and fenced yards in a traditional setting.

The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Queen’s Grant Neighborhood are single family two-story homes that are generally going to range between 2500 and 4200 above grade square feet. Even the homes on the lower end of this square footage typically are Moorehead Colonials with 4 bedrooms and 2 fireplaces. The oldest homes in Queen's Grant were built in 1979 and the newest homes were built in 1972. There are typically 4-6 bedrooms in these homes and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms and 3-4 garage stalls. The smallest lot is about 3/4 acres ranging all the way up to a 2 acre lot! The East Greenwich High School is a quick walk offering open fields, home game sports, drama and tennis courts. The neighborhood is also 10 minutes from the communter rail, an affordable train that runs into the airport, downtown Providence and downtown Boston. East Greenwich is a hot spot for evening dining home to some of the top restaurants in the state. Queen’s Grant is close to Goddard Park, which is offers beaches, open land and horse-back riding. There are many places of worship throughout the town of East Greenwich. This is a great community to call home. 

What Schools will the Kids Attend?

The district includes Meadowbrook Elementry school, Hannaford School, Cole Middle School and East Greenwich High School.
