This quiet oceanfront community has a small-town atmosphere, and was the southern most terminuses of the four original stops of the Celestial Railroad. From May to September each year, guides from the Marine Life Center introduce newcomers to turtle watching as the sea turtles return to the beaches to lay their eggs.
