Market Report: Homes for Sale in Copper Canyon, Murrieta 5-2014, SEE BELOW FOR VIDEO OF COPPER CANYON

The relatively high number of active listings in Murrieta's Copper Canyon market area tells us that sellers are pricing their homes at the high end and just above market price (i.e., what a willing buyer will pay). However, the 8 sales in May tells us that the market is pretty strong, i.e., that there are buyers for Murrieta's Copper Canyon homes.
Copper Canyon surrounds Cole Canyon Elementary, probably THE top-ranked elementary school in Murrieta. Cole Canyon's Odyssey of the Mind team is going to Nationals this year. The area is also connected to Thompson Middle School, an excellent school that just yesterday had teacher Barbara Everett named as County Teacher of the Year (out of 20,000 teacher-applicants).
