Market Report Homes for Sale in Countryside/Creekside near MVHS 5-2014

The market for homes for sale in the Creekside/Countryside neighborhood of Murrieta is, as usual, tight! Few homes out of the approximately 500 homes in the tract are actively for sale, and none completed a sale last month. Because there are not a lot of homes for sale on the market, home owners who want to sell are not overpricing their homes, versus the Copper Canyon neighborhood which is also on the West Side of Murrieta (see my market report for 5-2014 for the homes for sale in Copper Canyon). These homes are within about a half mile of Murrieta Valley High School (MVHS).
