Co-ops sound like an interesting proposition. I've heard they're organized like a corporation, and people are shareholders rather than owners of property. Is that true? Honestly, I need to learn more about how co-ops work!

June, In this 11 Slade Co-op there are NO financing options. It is a cash only transaction per the by-laws. And the buyers need to be approved by all the board members.
