Our last evening in Japan, we spent wandering around the Imperial Palace and the Gardens in Tokyo and parks surrounding area. The evening was cool and crisp. This area is so beautiful and many tourists and locals alike were out enjoying the park. This palace is the principal residence of the Emperor and Empress of Japan. It is located in the Chiyoda area of Tokyo close to Tokyo Station. It is really has beautiful gardens and is one of the top places to view the Cherry Blossoms in Tokyo.

I think everyone will be tired of my Japan trip we were there for 8 days and covered lots of ground!
My son is U.S. Navy retired. He has done a lot of traveling in his lifetime. Of all his destinations, he admired Tokyo and Singapore most.
The Imperial Palace and Gardens looks like a great place to wind down and reflect. Very lovely!
