This weeks report on home values for San Clemente and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a San Clemente Realtor Mark Paulson shows. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 6.6 percent, for new homes up 9.9 percent and for resale condos up 11.1 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 12.8percent and down 9.3percent on condos and up 28.4 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 17.8 percent and the sales volume is down 6.2 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 20.9 percent and the sales volume is down 24.7 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 18.7 percent and the sales volume is down 15.3 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are up 7. 1 percent and the sales volume is down 18.7 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 12.7 percent and the sales volume up 4.3 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 16.2 percent and the sales volume is up 19.4 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 2.8 percent and the sales volume is down 28.3 percent.
The info here shows that the market is picking up slightly. We are seeing more listings this week and the sales prices are beginning to show a flattening of prices.
