There’s a New REALTOR on the Aspen Lane Real Estate Team
It’s an exciting time at Aspen Lane Real Estate. My daughter, Erin Bates, has been by my side for over a year helping with real estate. She knows the business inside and out! After much prodding, she finally went to real estate school this past month and took her exam yesterday. This is the big exam at the State facility where they give students 4 hours to complete both test. I wasn’t surprised when I heard from her after about 1 hour and twenty minutes into her allotted time. She completed both test and passed with flying colors.
Monday we are off to the Real Estate Commission to turn in all her paperwork and pay her fee to become a licensed Colorado real estate agent.
Erin will be busy writing out announcements to send to her sphere of influence announcing her latest accomplishment.
I am so excited to have Erin on our team as a Colorado real estate agent! I know she will do great!
