• Home sales in Hernando County, Florida, decreased in May by 13% from April sales.  
• Sales price range increased at both the lower and higher ends for homes so,d in Hernando County in May 2014. 
• Compared to May 2014 home sales in Hernando County, the both average sales price and median sales price increased by more than 11% each.  
• Homes under contract decreased by less than 2%. .
