Please join me in celebrating 15 years (1993 - 2008) of real estate sales and service.
As a real estate broker in New York and New Jersey, I appreciate the many differences of living and working in these areas. My local service area includes Rockland County, NY, Orange County, NY and Bergen County, NJ.

As a long time home owner and resident (since 1974) living in Rockland County, its been exciting to be a part of it and to watch how it develops into one of the most desirable and sought after places to live.

BIO:
As a child growing up in New York City, I was very active in sports. One of my early and most exciting memories is of playing in a little league baseball game one afternoon. My parents were watching and cheering me on from the sidelines, as I came up to bat and belted one, deep into the outfield.  I scored on an inside the park home run. I remember how great it felt running around the bases and then sliding into home plate, even though I was safe by a mile.
I was a very creative, imaginative type and won various recognition awards in Art and Sculpture. I still have one medal I earned in 2nd grade, for a clay sculpture. We had to go into Manhattan to receive that one award. 
In eighth grade I was elected by the faculty to create the Stage Set Design for a student production in our Spring Pageant. I selected a classmate as an assistant and together we painted and assembled a large interactive city scape background on the stage.
After excelling and graduating early from high school, I entered the City College of New York and then transfered up to Rockland Community College, where I continued my studies of fine arts and graphic arts reproduction.
It was there, while in Rockland County, studying ancient and modern printing techniques with some of the best artists and professionals, that I began my training in commercial graphic arts techniques and advertising reproduction.

I worked as apprentice in the printing department, then took employment in a professional commercial graphics reproduction company in New Jersey. I further trained and became pressman, platemaker, graphic four color process offset stripper and process photographer. With these new and specialized skills and crafts, I went out, sought work and was hired in Manhattan, at a prime producer of fine commercial graphic art advertising for all the major industries, book publishers, movie producers, music recording labels, pharmaceutical companies, children's toys, wine & spirits, cable TV and Broadway productions.
After 7 successful years, I was hired to head up a production department at another creative graphic arts company in New Jersey.
After 17 years of on-the-job pressure with creative production deadlines, long days and nights working into the mornings at times, it started to take its toll on me physically and I began to nurture a strong desire to make a career change, into something that was becoming more important to me.

I left advertising & graphic arts for the world in real estate. 
From 1993 to 1998, I trained and learned a new trade / profession, by working with most of the major real estate franchises around at the time, large and small.
I also worked with a few independent agencies and learned the ropes on how not to hang myself while helping others.

And then, in 1998 I made an important decision to start my own company and formed UNITED SALES ASSOCIATES REALTY, INC. in New York & New Jersey.
Now, I'm celebrating 10 years in business at U.S.A. Realty and 15 years in real estate sales in 2008.
This new career has been very exciting and wonderful, being able to meet so many different families, different people, make friends with so many people and to provide my professional real estate services to everyone.

One of my most cherished rewards is always, a friendly smile that I receive from others, after their successful purchase or sale is closed, knowing it was done from doing the right things for them.

My former commercial advertising / printing / graphic arts career began in 1976. For 17 years, I worked in Manhattan and New Jersey before entering into my new career in real estate.
The knowledge I gained in those early years has provided me with various marketing techniques and methods of advertising to create exciting campaigns for selling real estate.

There is always something new to learn and discover in real estate sales and my aim is to deliver the kind of results my clients and customers expect from a professional.

I'm a Real Estate Broker, Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate of REALTOR® Institute, Licensed in NY & NJ.
I'm also deeply dedicated in my career to my clients, who've been an integral part of the journey.
