Just got back from Texas and discovered that finding a resort home or for that matter a primary home, there is little inventory. The good news, inventory is strong in Santa Fe, in the luxury market with 104 weeks of inventory. There are 385 homes listed between $750,000 to $3,000,000. And for those who are looking for that special place, Santa Fe has beautiful homes to offer at a really really great price.
