The total number of available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 40 (the same as last month). Currently for sale, there are:

- No half-duplexes.
- 16 condos (2 in option).
- 10 townhomes (1 in option).
- 25 homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days.
- The average number of days on the market for the “active” status homes is 103 days, up from 78 days last month. The number is skewed by the incomplete new construction at Meridian Square.

There are 22 sales in the pending status (down from 28 last month). Seven of these are incomplete new construction at Meridian Square.
May Sales
Sixteen Addison homes sold/closed in May. This is up from the 13 homes that closed in April. The average number of days on the market for these homes was 44 days, up from the 23-day average the prior month. The number of days on the market was skewed due to the sales of newly completed construction whose high number of days on market during the construction phase was overly high. The average price per square foot of the homes that sold is $137.12, which is down from the $140.62 average last month.
