"Rain gods sighted in Atlanta!"

TMZ.com was the first one to break the story....

.....Rain gods, Jonathan Washburn and Bob Stewart, were sighted early tonight sucking down a few cold ones at a trendy microbrewery/restaurant in downtown Atlanta, Georgia.

Phone calls made to their publicity agent, Kara Weber, to confirm the sighting, were not returned.

An anonymous tip to the "Contact ActiveRain" hot-line revealed the dynamic duo were slated to speak at Thursday's RETech South. 

The 'One-Day Only' event at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast, boasts an unparalleled slate of many of the cutting edge Leaders of Real Estate Technology, sharing all the latest industry developments.

No doubt fellow Rain Drips from all over the Deep South will be traveling en masse to Atlanta tomorrow in hopes of catching a rare glimpse of the Boys from Bellevue (that's if they can get through the hordes of adoring fans and paparazzi!)

Darn! I was thinking of attending - but would you believe it costs more to fly from Tampa to Atlanta (one hour flight) than from Providence or Los Angeles or Seattle? Obviously Southwest doesn't fly the Tampa-Atlanta route. So, with flight schedules, etc. it was a pretty expensive day in Atlanta, though the conference itself was very reasonable. Sorry to have missed such a great group!

Hey Rich, wait a minute, I missed the plane!!  As the RE Tech guy, "aren't I the one who should be in Atlanta right now? hahaha! :-)  I have confirmed that the sighting of Jon the Bomb, and Bob the Builder is NOT a rumor.  Jon and Bob both have been caught on film by dozens if not more of raving fans....I twitter the thought of it all...LOL!~
