Now I know that there are quite a few REO groups out here in ActiveRainLand, but I wanted to make sure that we could focus on a group here in the Sunshine State of Florida. Many of us will share the same experiences around the country with other REO agents and brokers, dealing with banks, asset managers and the like. But with the booming foreclosure market here in Florida I see no better State than to lead in discussions.
So feel free to post your experiences in the REO world. Are yoyu new to REO? BPOs? Short Sales? Are you looking for tips, coaching, and or are you a newbie just dipping your toes in the water before taking the big jump?
