These home buyers found our website through an online search. They were relocating from New York and needed an agent to help them navigate the different towns in their search area, as well as provide guidance to them as first time home buyers.
One of them was going to be working in Providence RI and the other was working in Cambridge so a home in the middle was their goal - with proximity to the commuter rail line that runs between Providence and Boston.
Focusing initially on Canton and Sharon, these buyers faced the same lack of inventory that we have seen all spring. We added Mansfield as it provides a great alternative, with excellent schools and the same commuter rail line that services Canton and Sharon. Just one stop down on the line from Sharon, the dollar goes just a little it further in Mansfield.
This multi-level house is much larger than it appears - with four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, living room, eat-in kitchen, dining room family room and laundry room - not to mention a basement with loads of storage. A deck off the back of the house overlooks the back of the nearly three-quarter acre lot. The master bedroom featured a walk in closet and master bathroom - not found in all homes in this price range.
With hardwood floors and a newer heating and central air system, this home was in good shape. With 2120 square feet of living area, it offered more space than other homes we had viewed!
