Presenting a brand new video: A surprise VIP visitor wants to buy a home in Northern Virginia. Alexandria was his hometown and he returns in 2008 to find his home is no longer his.
Who else to help him in his quest but Northern Virginia REALTOR and Associate Broker with RE/MAX Allegiance, Brian Block? Take a peek at this entertaining, educational, and informative video about Virginia real estate.
Brian - This clearly took a lot of effort on your part, and I wish you luck in the video contest. I still haven't ever created a video for online use - I need to get on the ball and figure it out sometime. Take care -
Oh My Gosh! I about fell out of my chair just like Mr. Washington. That was hilarious! Anybody with a terrific sense of humor will be calling you for assistance on this one. Congratulations!
DEBBIE: I'm still waiting for the t.v. interview to air -- I hope I'm not on the cutting room floor. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow. In the meantime, I've got this video. Thanks for your comments and I'm glad that you enjoyed it.
JASON: Thanks for stopping by and watching. It did take quite a bit of effort to produce the video, but that was half the fun. Wait until you see the blooper reel! It was a lot of laughs.
SHANNON: Thanks for your compliments. One of my good friends (and former clients) called me today after watching the video and said "Hi, I'm John Adams. I heard my friend Pres. Washington worked with you and I need to buy a home too."
SALLY: Glad you enjoyed it. I thought you would. I had our receptionist and office manager in stitches today. They may send it out to our entire brokerage!
KAREN: It's funny you mention Gadsby's. I actually had a line about that in the original filming, but had to edit it out for timing purposes. Also, John Carlyle House and Mt. Vernon.
Brian, you had me cracking up! Job well done and good luck with the contest. Either way, it'll be great for your prospective clients to see just how much personality goes along with those credentials!
MICHAEL: Thanks. Luckily, I filmed this on Easter Sunday when there was pretty much nobody there. Though there was one agent who asked me about the wig the next day. Now, the receptionist thinks I'm a bit funny after seeing this video and when I asked to reserve a conference room at 2:30 -- she asked a.m. or p.m.? I said p.m., of course. She said, "Oh, I thought maybe you wanted to film another video when nobody else was around."
George Brian, this is fantastic! Awesome, can you ghost write for me and oh, do the video too! You are too funny! I loved it! Fantastic, Splendid and well done! Presidential Service no doubt!
Brian, I'll throw my compliment in the hat with all the rest - great video. As for the "Entertainment Value" portion of the judging criteria, you've got it in the bag!
Brian...your video was awesome. Any prospective client seeing this can see what a great guy you are and someone that would be fun to work with...great job!
Brian...once again...congratulations. Your video was one of the first we had seen and it really impressed us and got us going. It's awesome....have fun with your flip video camera...we can't wait to see what you've got in store for us next....
Congratulations Brian!! Great job, I see there was some tough competition. I thought just for a second I was going to jump in, but decided not too! There was no way I could even come close to you guys.
That was excellent, Brian!
You're a very good actor and your creativity is over the magnificent...
