SA2020's goal is to make everyone aware of all that Downtown San Antonio has to offer and one of the things that is great right now is the renovation of some of the older neighborhoods in the area.

River North:
This is a hot spot of new apartments, restaurants and nightspots looking toward the professionals. The Pearl, one time brewery, has turned into a mixed use community with rentals units, offices and upscale restaurants and cocktail bars.  The neighborhood hosts events (ie. concerts and a weekly farmers market to name a few).  Some of the housing options include apartments as well as the Restoration of historic neighborhoods such as Government Hill and Tobin Hill.

The Boehm Team has personally sold two homes in the Government Hill area that had been restored and were completely adorable.

Southtown:  An Arts and Entertainment District which incorporates some of the oldest neighborhoods in San Antonio - King William and Lavaca.  Wonderful little bungalows and amazing mansions can be found in this eclectic neighborhood.  If you like walking or cycling this is the neighborhood to be in with direct access to the San Antonio River, downtown and the historic missions. First Fridays is a mini festival that showcases local musicians, artists and other vendors.  Most of the housing options in this area are going to be older homes that have been renovated and sometimes converted into rentals.

Dignowity Hill:  The East side contains some of the city's historic housing with new townhomes and apartment communities in the planning.  The Alamo Beer Co Brewery is scheduled to open next year along with millions of dollars in federal funding for revitalization efforts are in the plans.  This area will see some major transitions over the next few years.

Downtown:  With downtown redevelopment, the city's core has several apartment options a well as high rise condo units (ie. The Alteza above the Grand Hyatt).  This is a great place for empty nesters and others who want to be able to walk to entertainment, restaurants and the river walk.

San Antonio is on the move, come join us
