Wordless Wednesday - Goodbye Jeter

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with ActiveRain, Community Manager

Last night I got to say goodbye to my favorite player of all time.  It will be the last time I ever see him play a game live.  Love you Jeter, love everything you stand for and all you've done for the Yankees throughout your career.

PS  Anybody thirsty for a Pepsi?

Kerrie- I am going to miss him as well.  He has carried himself like a professional.  We need more of him.  I'm glad you got to see him.

Jeter was a very good player. His talent will be missed by the Yankees (who I believe, sorry to say) are about done for a period of time, as I dont see them contending any time soon

Jeter was one of the few Yankees that had any real class about him.

Good morning Kerrie. I am not a Yankee fan, but everyone has to love the game he played and how he played it.

Kerrie, I'm no fan of baseball, but Derek was a true gentleman on and off the field.  One of the few baseballs player I've heard of, which is a feat in itself.

Evelyn - No, no he's just retiring from baseball at the end of this season.  The Yankees only came to Seattle once this year so I got to say goodbye.  It's time for him, although it stings.  He'll be 40 in a couple of weeks.

Kathy - Nobody ever has a bad word to say about Jeter, he's just that great of a team player.

Kevin - Nobody could ever take his place.

David - I hope you eat your words in October :)

William - Pure class indeed.

Joe - For sure, he was amazing.

Conrad - A class act on a winning team!

Gabe - I didn't know you weren't a fan.  Just root for the Yankees if anyone ever asks :)

Joe - Coke is #1!
