Staying up in a down market

Well heres my delema.  I am doing very well with getting listings but now I need to master the art of convincing the sellers to price the property right.  Iam finally jumping on the scripts wagon.  After our Companys convention in February and talking with the big producers they convinced me that scripts is the way to go.  I got the scripts and I am in the process of using them. Once I really know them I will feel more comfortable.  I used my first script yesterday for a price reduction.  I felt the reduction should be $10,000, they agreed to a $5,000. I guess thats not too bad.  I'll keep you posted.
