In this price point, homes go under contract in HOURS, not days, and buyers must be ready to write an offer once they find the right home. The day we found this home in Cross Creek, there were a couple homes these buyers were very interested in, and quite the decision on which to choose. It was not long after our showings, an email was received from one of the listing agents stating they had accepted an offer. The decision had been made for these buyers!
Inspection and appraisal has been complete and closing has been set for end of June. Was wondering if we would get past the inspection, as radon levels were found much higher than I have ever seen. This is also a great neighborhood to choose when you have a job in which you travel, as it is a short 15 minute drive to DIA. Homes in this neighborhood are newer - ranging from 1994 to 2012, ranging from 2,389 to 4,754 square feet and you will find two stories as well as ranch homes. Residents also love this community due to the local pool.
