MLS, Trulia or Realtor. com

My present client has been also researching Realtor.com, Trulia and other online sources in addition to me supplying optons from the current active MLS that I have provided.

Results are that all of the above except my MLS feed presents accurate information for available properties available on the market to purchase.

I must continually respond to questions regarding available listings that are not available. It keeps you on your toes, but is not productive.

I feed current updates via the MLS; however, timing apparently gets in the way.

I would tell clients to stay away from internet propaganda, but it would not get me any browny points.

OH FOR THE DAYS OF NO COMPUTER, CELL PHONES.

"But it said on such-and-such a site that this home was available for only $1!!!!!"

"That site is not correct; in fact, that home sold six months ago for $1,523,837."

"No, it says it is for sale!!!"

Trying to confirm everything on another site is a big waste of time.  Unfortunately, some people just want the impossible deal they see elsewhere.
