Why I Am Grateful for This Father's Day! I Am So Blessed!

I am thankful for Father’s Day.

I am thankful that I have my own father with me today….we will be fishing shortly. And, we will take my son with us.

The one who is growing so fast, I hardly recognize him from day to day now.

I am thankful for Father’s Day because of both of these unique individuals. My dad for being my best friend and mentor….and my son for being here to teach me how to be a dad.

My son almost didn’t make it. He was born nearly in a helicopter on the way to the hospital. I thank my lucky stars for both my wife and my son, and their good health everyday. And, for the presence of still having my mother and father both in my life, too

Yes, it will be a good day. And I will be grateful for my blessings.
