The broker's brand is promoted. The agent pays the broker a part of their commission forever. The model is a broker-centric company.

The agent is the center of the business and the agents, through their Agent Leadership Council, has a voice in how the office (Market Center) is run and how it's money is spent. At Keller Williams Realty we have an annual limit that we pay Keller Williams and the rest is our own. This model is an agent-centric company.

We have a "Family Reunion" which is our annual convention. We have a culture which is something that is tangible . It is hard to explain but it probably is best described as a family. We help each other on a daily basis to insure that we are all successful. We have a sharing attitude.
KW Cares is a non-profit organization devoted to helping agents through hard times. It isn't only used for KW agents. We share as needs arise. We give back to our communities through our annual RED DAY event in which 100,000+ agents spend an entire day honoring first-responders, painting shelters, lawn care for the elderly and multiple other projects.
Keller Williams gives back to their agents in another very special way. We have what we call "profit share". As agents, we are rewarded for helping to grow our Market Centers. It is a gift to us from Keller Williams. In short, on a monthly basis agents share in the profit of each Market Center.
We are not alone. We can travel anywhere and if we need help, we are welcome to stop at any KW Market Center. The doors will be thrown open and whatever our need is it will be met.
