Kellie Pickler is one of my favorite singers. She was on American Idol but didn't win. It didn't matter. Someone in the industry saw talent and snatched her up.
It doesn't matter which industry you are in someone somewhere spots talent and helps then move into their true potential. The tricky part is recognizing true talent when you see it. Here are some characteristics of talented people.

What about natural ability? It is true that we all have natural abilities and tendencies. The real superstars are the ones that figure out what they are good at and then put it to work for them, It is also true that even without natural ability in a certain area you can learn enough to be successful at it. It is going to seem like work and it won't be fun.
True talent enjoys what they do. They are passionate and never give up. They are always trying to learn and be better. The only competition they have is themselves. You know what I am talking about. You can also recognize the talented when they are superstars.
The superstars were once emerging talent. That is the place where they are just beginning to put things in place. We say they have potential.
What if WT tried to recruit Michael Jordan to their basketball team. Probably not going to happen. But what about all the Michael Jordan's that started at WT and emerged through the characteristics of talented superstars?
Real Estate is an amazing opportunity. It is great to help so many people with very large financial decisions. It takes a level of trust and integrity to make that happen. Keller Williams Realty is about agents and for agents. We have a culture that can't be explained. You have to be in the midst of it to understand.
