East El Paso is growing by leaps and bounds. The 79938 area is expanding daily. But what about 79936?
This area used to be the outskirts of town. Now it is established neighborhoods, ranch style homes in more or less the center of the east side. Median prices are reasonable and affordable and the time on market is, in many cases under 90 days. As a matter of fact average is 65 days.
The take away for sellers....price it right and it will move.
