Do I know how to do it? Sure, I do!
Would I ever try to do it myself? No way!
Same goes about many things in our everyday life - fixing a car, coloring hair, mastering a skateboard, baking a cake, tiling a bathroom, BUYING or SELLING a HOME - you can do it all yourself! There are videos on everything on YouTube, there is information on everything in Google. But is it worth your time and aggravation? Does it guarantee you savings? I doubt. Besides, if you do it wrong the first time - it would cost you double or triple to fix it later.
So, just do yourself a favor - hire professional and enjoy your life!
