The summertime is heating up here in North Richland Hills TX, along with our real estate market.
North Richland Hills Home Prices in May 2014 increased slightly to $177,855. April's average home sales price was $170,829.
We also have a slight increase in our inventory of homes here in NRH in May with 2 months inventory and up from 1.8 months of homes available in April. So we're seeing a slight increase in the number of people listing their homes now that summer is almost here and kids are getting out of school for the summer. There are currently (as of June 3, 2014) 97 homes for sale listed in North Richland Hills.
Homes are selling and inventory is still low so if you have been thinking of selling, NOW is the time! Buyers! If you see a home you love, we need to write an offer on it ASAP!
