The Summerhill Neighborhood in Encinitas CA
The Summerhill neighborhood in Encinitas is located about 1 mile east of the El Camino Real shopping corridor. And about 5 miles inland from the Encinitas beaches.
Summerhill is a community of about 200 single family twin homes with several floor plans, built in the mid-1980s. Summerhill homes are all 2-story, with attached garages, and private yards, and some on the hills offer gorgeous views to the north and east.
The homes in Summerhill range in size from 1658 SF to 2096 SF with 3 or 4 bedrooms.
The HOA fees are very low and there are no Mello Roos. There is a nice park at one end of the community off Willowspring. And of course the Summerhill kids get to attend the top notch Encinitas Schools (Encinitas Union School District and the San Dieguito Union High School District).
